In case the applicant is a Proprietorship

· PAN Card

· Address proof

· Logo/Brand Name(in JPG Format )

· Signed Trademark application

· Passport Size Photograph

· Address proof for the location of a business

· Power of Attorney in favor of Trademark Agent

In case the applicant is a Company/LLP/Partnership

· Incorporation Certificate of the company/ LLP certificate of registration

· MOA & AOA/ LLP Agreement/ Partnership Deed

· JPG Format of Logo/Brand Name

· Signed Trademark application

· Power of Attorney in favour of Trademark Agent

· Another registration certificate like MSME registration certificate
