Yesterday we talked about the ESPN article that named the Tennessee Titans as the best fit for Bud Dupree. It is always fun to speculate about who might be coming to the Titans https://www.denverproshoponline.com/Adam_Prentice_Face_Mask-242. It isn as fun to talk about the good players the Titans might be losing. The good news here is that there are four players from the Titans on the top-50 list. There have been plenty of years where there would only be one or two - if any. That speaks to the job Jon Robinson has done in certain areas of the roster. The Titans will most likely have a compensatory pick or two heading their way. You probably think the highest-ranked free agent on the list from the Titans is Corey Davis. I thought the same. You and I are both wrong. Jeremy Fowler has Jonnu Smith ranked ahead of Davis. It not ridiculous - just surprising. The prediction on Jonnu who checks in at 11:11. Jonnu Smith, TEBest Fit: Buffalo BillsWhat better way to take this offense over the top than with a tight end who can catch up the seam or take a fly sweep 20 yards Dawson Knox is a solid option but could use a complementary piece next to him. Buffalo is $1. 6 million under the cap but has several veterans it can release or whose contracts could be restructured. After 15 wins and an AFC title game appearance, the Bills can think along these terms: What moves will put us past the Chiefs in the AFCNext on the list, at 18, is Davis. He had his best season last year with 984 yards and 5 touchdowns. The Titans would probably like to bring him back, but my guess is he ends up somewhere else. Fowler feels the same:18. Corey Davis, WRBest Fit: Chicago BearsWith Robinson on the way out, the Bears will have one of the thinnest receiver corps in the league. Davis is a solid if less spectacular reinforcement. Watch for New England or Baltimore here, too. Desmond King is the next member of the Titans on the list at 26. King was solid after Robinson traded for him during the 2020 season. One thing to watch here is what happens with Malcolm Butler and his contract. King becomes that much more important to the Titans if they aren able to work something out with Butler. 26. Desmond King II, CBBest Fit: Green Bay PackersThe Bucs targeted Packers slot corner Chandon Sullivan in the NFC title game Brett Rypien Hoodie, and Green Bay struggles on the back end have forced elite cover man Jaire Alexander into zone coverage too often. King is one of the game best slots and would instantly improve this unit, though Green Bay pesky $28. 1 million cap deficit is a hurdle. Wouldn surprise to see Tennessee, which traded for King midseason, attempt to lock King up before free agency. The last Titan on the list is everyone favorite, Jadaveon Clowney. Remember how much time we spent talking about him last offseason. Wasn that fun Hopefully whatever happens won take as long as it did in 2020. 47. Jadaveon Clowney, EDGEBest Fit: Cleveland BrownsCleveland tried to sign him last offseason, and now the Browns get him at a steep discount. The Browns need a pass-rusher opposite Myles Garrett now that Olivier Vernon is hitting free agency Taylor Russolino Pillow Cover. Clowney days as a high earner might be over. But he can still stop the run and apply pressure on the quarterback. There is still a lot of time before the league year opens on March 15th. There is a chance the Titans could get a deal done with one or more of these guys between now and then.
