Accessing Roadrunner Email on iPhone (POP3)
Open "Settings"
Click "Mail, Contacts and Calendar".
Select "Add Account" followed by "Other".
Click "Add Mail Account".
Enter all the details required.
Enter your Name, Roadrunner e-mail address, password and the description.
In the description area, enter "Roadrunner".
All your details will get verified.
After verification, you need to input server information.
Choose Roadrunner email settings POP3 under the incoming mail server.
For incoming mail server:
Hostname: pop-server.dc.rr.com
Username: Your mail address
Password: The password required for signing up.
Provide the details for outgoing mail server.
Hostname: mobile-smtp.roadrunner.com
Username: Your mail address
Password: The password required for signing up.
Click "Save"
Click on to your e-mail address in the next interface.
Under the outgoing mail server
Click onto STMP option
Under "Main Server", select mobile-smtp.roadrunner.com.
In this page, the SSL and Server port details are displayed.
Ensure that SSL displays "None" and Server port displays "25".
Now leave the Main Server page by clicking "Done".
Go back to the previous page. Here select "Advanced".
Here the SSL and Server port details are displayed too.
Ensure that the SSL says none and the Server port displays pop-server.dc.rr.com.
Select "Done"
Go back to the previous screen.
Your Roadrunner mail on iPhone using POP3 is complete.
Restart your iPhone
Your Roadrunner email set up iPhone is done.
