Follow the steps given below and install a new digital signature certificate to fix the error:
Shut down QuickBooks.
Navigate to C:\Program Files(x86)\Intuit\QuickBooks.
Then, search for QBW32. exe file.
Right-click the QBW32.exe file and select Properties.
Go to the Digital Signature certificate tab.
Choose Intuit Inc. from the list of sites.
Click Details.
Open the Digital Signature Details window and select View Certificate.
Choose Install Certificate.
Click Next and then Finish.
Restart your computer and then open QuickBooks.
