Installing a new digital signature certificate is the most effective solution to resolve the error:
You need to close QuickBooks Desktop.
Move to C:\Program Files(x86)\Intuit\QuickBooks and search for QBW32.exe.
Right-click the QBW32.exe file and select Properties.
Select the Digital Signature certificate tab.
From the list of sites, mark Intuit.Inc.
Click Details.
Within the Digital Signature Details window and select View Certificate.
Choose Install Certificate.
Keep clicking Next until Finish appears.
Restart your workstation and open QuickBooks.
